As our Website Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platform’s smooth operation and continuous improvement, directly impacting the learning experience of thousands of students.

In this exciting role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with our development team to maintain exceptional platform uptime and reliability (99.95%+!), guaranteeing a seamless learning experience for all.
  • Become a data detective, monitoring site performance across client sites and analysing traffic, diagnostics, and load testing to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Keep our platform secure and up to date by implementing timely security updates, fixes, and version control management. Ensure compliance with GDPR and UK data protection regulations.
  • Master the art of troubleshooting, using your sharp skills to solve issues across infrastructure and access layers for a consistently efficient platform.
  • Stay ahead by understanding responsive design principles and essential analytics integrations (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Optimize photos and videos for web use and ensure accessibility compliance to cater to diverse learners.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A university degree and 2+ years of experience managing real-world SaaS environments.
  • Solid expertise in web architectures, DNS networking, and data security protocols.
  • Resource optimisation, patching, and availability planning skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for troubleshooting across complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships with the development team and other stakeholders.
